I studied Panda privately with Mr Xu for the equivalent of a semester and a half . The challenge of my personal situation is that I was spending an average of a week per month in Shanghai for business and my schedule was often quite unpredictable. Mr Xu organized a very intensive program in which I would typically have a two hour daily lesson. Despite this less than ideal schedule, I managed to pick up a good understanding of the language quite quickly. This is due primarily to the fact that Mr Xu is an excellent teacher who thoroughly explains the concepts behind the spoken and written languages and engages the student in dialogues that are actually relevant to the student’s daily life in Shanghai. His enthusiasm helped motivate me to study in his absence so that I would be well prepared for my next set of lessons. The program was both enjoyable and informative, and I intend to resume my studies with Mr Xu when my work brings me to Shanghai again on a regular basis.

My plan was to be able to do HSK 3 after 6 month, but now it turned out I was able to pass HSK 4.

I was really surprised about my very fast progress and really thankful for the good teachers at Panda.

I was enrolled at Panda Euducation Pudong School for just three months, and I feel as though I've had a year worth of mandarin study! Studied a year intensive course at Panda Education Jing'an School. I have been extremely satisfied with both the quality of the mandarin teachers as well as the class content itself. The atmosphere is intimate and intense, but not intimidating. Chinese Classes are set up in one-roomed style which is conducive to conversation and full participation. Also, a huge benefit is the reasonable prices. I have loved my time of this school.
