The HSKK (Chinese Proficiency Oral Test) is a standardized assessment designed specifically for non-native Chinese speakers to evaluate their oral communication skills in Chinese across daily life, academic pursuits, and professional endeavors.
The HSKK exam is structured into three proficiency levels:
- HSKK (Elementary): Targeted at beginner-level learners, it examines candidates' basic spoken Chinese communication abilities in daily situations.
- HSKK (Intermediate): Aimed at intermediate learners, it assesses their ability to apply spoken Chinese effectively in daily life, studies, and work environments.
- HSKK (Advanced): For advanced learners, it evaluates their proficiency in expressing and communicating in Chinese across a broad range of topics.
The HSKK exam is conducted through audio recording, where candidates are required to complete a series of oral tasks within a specified time frame, with their performances evaluated by professional raters. It is administered concurrently with the HSK exam but does not operate as a standalone examination.
In our daily teaching, we have observed that the HSKK, being a relatively new Chinese language test, poses significant challenges for our students. Consequently, we have also noticed a relatively low pass rate among candidates.
To empower our students to successfully navigate and pass the HSKK exam, Panda Education is delighted to host a complimentary HSKK Exam Preparation Lecture led by Ms. Zhu Qianwen, our Teaching supervisor who is a veteran teacher with 15 years of experience in both HSK and HSKK instruction. Your participation is warmly welcomed!
